我国农畜产品出口突破技术壁垒的对策分析

The Countermeasures against TBT on Chinas Agricultural and Livestock Products

入世后,我国农畜产品进入国际市场的大门已经敞开。提高进口要求,已成为许多国家一项重要的国策。对中国的农畜产品来说,这些国家的技术壁垒就象把利刃,又象一发“多米诺骨牌式”子弹,一旦使用便显示出强大的杀伤力,给我国农畜产品的生产和出口造成严重损失。面对日益增高的技术壁垒,应当如何应对,值得认真思考。

After Chinas entering WTO, the international market has been further opened to Chinas agricultural and livestock products. Meanwhile, raising import requirement has been a state policy of many countries. These countries TBT measures have done great harm to Chinas agricultural and livestock animal products export. So, it is very important for us to take steps to deal with the TBT.
