摘要
介绍了目前研究纳米接触问题的方法;根据Hamaker理论,利用连续介质方法,建立了原子力显微镜针尖和试样面接触的包括斥为项的力学模型;对模型进行了仿真,仿真结果同实验现象一致。将纳米接触问题的研究领域从非接触区域扩展到间歇接触区域,为原子力显微镜的进一步研究,实现原子操纵提供理论基础。
A research method on nano--contact is in-troduced in this paper. The mechanics model between thetip of AFM and sample surface, which includes the repul-sive force, is set up by continuance medium, followed bysimulation of the mechanics model. The simulation re-sults agree with the experimental ones. So the researchregime of AFM is enlarged from the non--contact regimeto intermittent contact regime. All of these provide theprinciple to realize manipulating single atom.
