目的 :探讨不典型肝脓肿的临床及 CT表现特点。方法 :回顾性分析 2 1例经临床或病理证实的不典型肝脓肿患者的临床表现和 CT图像特点。结果 :不典型肝脓肿 CT表现平扫为边缘模糊的低密度灶 ,密度不均 ,增强后动脉期 ,静脉期可见病灶边缘及其内分隔明显强化 ,平衡期及延时扫描病灶较前缩小 ,但无血管瘤的完全“充填”现象。结论 :运用螺旋 CT的动态扫描方法 ,结合不典型肝脓肿的临床表现 ,可显著提高不典型肝脓肿

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and CT findings of atypical hepatic abscess and improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of hepatic abscess Methods:The clinical characters and SCT appearance of 21 cases of hepatic abscess proved by operation or pathology were retrospectively reviewed Results:The images of 21 cases of atypical hepatic abscess showed low density with vague boundary on pre contrast images.The boundary and inner structure on contrast images were greatly focused,furthermore,the images were smaller than before on parenchyma phase Conclusion:Using multi phases enhancement technique of SCT and the clinical features,The accuracy of diagnosis of atypical hepatic abscess can be improved
