摘要
采用仿真与实验相结合的方式对柴柴联合动力装置(CODAD)工况切换及控制策略进行了初步的探讨,并在文中对系统的关键设备并车齿轮箱进行优化设计,给出了另一种参考方案.优化方案能够在双机输出轴都与齿轮箱结合情况下做到速比切换,减少原方案中降速、加速的步骤,简化离合器的切换操作,从而更好地满足系统切换原则中快速性的要求.
The operating mode’s switch and control strategy of CODAD system are studied preliminarily by adopting simulation and experiments ,and an optimized design of the gearbox is also introduced.The design can realize the switch of speed-ratio when two out-shafts are meshing with gearbox,which reduces the steps of speedup and speed-down,and simplifies the switch’s operation clutch.So the design meets the demand for speediness in the switch’s principles.
