摘要
通过对耦几何与物理非线性为一体的圆板力学分析模型的研究,对球形封头冲压成形过程中板料受力和变形进行分析.主要讨论板壳成形过程中的结构性问题,探讨板料塑性变形、板内膜力对应力状态和变形状态的作用以及回弹规律.板料成形过程符合金属等向强化流动理论,并遵循球—锥连接变形模式.当膜力卸除后,周向弹性变形和径向缩短的弹性变形导致回弹.
By investigating the stress model of geometrical coupled and physical nonlinear circular plate, the plate’s stress and deformation during stamping forming by spherical closed-joint are analyzed. The structural problem in the process of deformation of plate and shell is discussed. The effect and resilience rule of the plate’s plastic deformation and membrane force on the stress state and deformation state are discussed. The deformation process of the plate accords with the theory of metal equivalent strengthen flow and keeps to the mode of sphere-cone connect. When the membrane stress is removed, circle elasticity deformation and radial shorten elastic deformation cause resilience.
