本文研究了非晶态 Ni- S合金的析氢反应机理。用稳态极化曲线研究非晶态 Ni- S合金的极化行为 ,得到其反应的动力学参数塔菲尔斜率和表观反应活化能。用断电流法和循环伏安法研究氢原子的吸附和中间态粒子。考察电极表面粗糙度、活性粒子表面吸附浓度等因素 ,综合分析得出 Ni- S合金电极具有高催化活性的原因及其
The development of cathode material which has low hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) over potential and high durability is of importance to electrolysis industry and antifouling by electrolyzing seawater. The amorphous Ni S alloy electrode was prepared by means of electro deposition and it has high electro catalytic activity for HER in a 5mol·L -1 NaOH solution at 353K and it is of excellent stability. The HER on Ni S amorphous alloy during alkaline water electrolyzing was researched by steady state polarization, measurement of open circuit potential decay and cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the HER mechanism at low current density is that the electro chemical desorption step is the controlling step, i.e. a fast Volmer reaction following a slow Heyrovsky reaction. But the mechanism at high current density is not clear yet.
