江苏省县域综合实力评价及区域分异特征

On Comprehensive Assessment and the Laws of Regional Differentiation of County Development in Jiangsu Province

以县级区域为研究单元,采用因子分析方法和GIS技术,对江苏各县域综合实力进行综合评价。结果表明:1)江苏沿江地区和徐连经济带的综合实力高于中部地区,呈现出分别由南、由北向中部递减的“凹”字型空间格局;2)城市市区的综合实力高于周围农村地区,呈现出由市区向农村逐步递减的“凸”字型空间格局;3)江苏沿江地区的综合实力随着各县、市距上海距离的变化及通达性的难易,呈现出由沿海向内陆的圈层递减特征;4)经济水平、人口生活质量、社会结构水平的区域分异呈现出明显的空间不一致性,三者之间的协调性也表现为显著的由东南向西北逐步递减的特征。

Based on constructing evaluation indicator system which can well reflect the regional development of Jiangsu Province, this paper applies factor analysis model and GIS techniques to evaluate the comprehensive power of counties and to probe the laws of socio - economic regional disparities in Jiangsu Province according to the evaluation result. It is considered that the differentiation of the comprehensive power in each county in Jiangsu is great while the regional differentiation of the comprehensive power is regular. The change regularity of the comprehensive power goes as follows: 1)it is higher in South Jiangsu and Xuzhou - Lianyungang economic zone while lower in the middle of Jiangsu;2)it is higher in the urban area while lower in the farming area;3)because of the distance creasing to Shanghai City, it is resulted in that comprehensive power level of South Jiangsu reduces progressively from the east to the west;4)space distributions of economic level,population and living quality and social framework level take on obvious inconsistency, coordination degree of economic and society shows marked degressive law from the southeast to the northwest. This kind of laws of socio- economic regional disparities can provide scientific basis for policy adjusting measures to local conditions and regional relations in Jiangsu Province in 21 century.
