This paper gives .a brief introduction to the electrohydraulic servovalves which have no torque motor and use PZT-Piezo electrical and PMN-electrostrictive components. Theoretical analysis has proven that the performence of dynamic response of electrohydraulic servovalves using PMN-electrostrictive components can be inproved greatly.
