在机车运用效率指标体系的基础上 ,加强机车管理 ,合理支配机车 。
The issue on how to improve the operating efficiency of locomotives is proposed and discussed.Based on locomotive operating efficiency index system,the measures to be taken to improve the operating efficiency of locomotives are given in this paper.
