Cleaning process and test equipment for lubricating oil filter core of turbocharger of DF_(8B) diesel locomotive

对DF8B型大功率机车运用中暴露出的增压器机油滤清器滤芯堵塞严重、增压器机油压力低、运行中频繁停机的惯性故障进行了技术分析。开发出一套科学的滤芯清洗工艺及试验设备 ,解决了DF8B型机车因增压器机油压力低导致途中停机的问题 ,保证了机车运行安全 。

The common failures of filter core blocking,oil pressure decreasing,stopping of the engine frequently in operating are analysed.A set of scientific cleaning processes and test equipment for filter core have been developed,and the perfect technic measures are determined.The problem of turbocharger oil pressure decreasing leading to stopping of the engine in operating is thoroughly solved by regularly cleaning and changing the turbocharger lubricating oil filter core.Thus,the locomotive operating safty is guaranteed and the cost is decreased at meanwhile.
