在对 7FDL 16型柴油机凸轮轴实物的测量及材料成份、金相组织、结构布置等进行分析的基础上 ,对该种凸轮轴配件进行了国产化研制。国产化凸轮轴已在ND5型机车上运用 ,状态良好。另外 ,还将该凸轮轴与国产 16V2 4 0ZJC型柴油机凸轮轴进行了比较。

FDL-16 diesel engine's camshaft is manufactured locally based on measurement and analysis of material component,metallographic structure and structure arrangement.The camshafts are used in ND_5 locomotives and have good performances.They are also compaired with the camshafts of 16V240ZJC diesel engines.This will be helpful to professionals for reference.
