本文在介绍城市竞争力的概念和评价方法后 ,详细分析了重庆的城市竞争力状况 ,指出重庆城市竞争力的优势项目是资本力、环境力、秩序力、文化力和制度力 ,重庆城市竞争力的劣势项目是劳动力、结构力、区位力和开放力 ,重庆城市竞争力的潜力项目是科技力、设施力。

At first this thesis gives the defition of urban competence and its analysis methodology. Then the urban competene of Chongqing is analyzed carefully. So we arrive at the following conclusion:the advantages of Chongqing urban competence include capital force,environment force,order force,culture force and system force,and the disadvantages of Chongqing urban competence include labor force, structure force,place force and opening competence force, and the potentials of Chongqing urban competence include science and technology force, assembly force and management force.
