摘要
重庆市农村社会保障建制中在组织机构、保障能力与范围、基金征集与增值、法制与管理、人才与教育等诸多方面存在困难和问题 ,应充分借鉴国内外农村社会保障制度 。
In construction of rural social insurance system of Chongqing, there are some problems and difficulties in such aspects as organization, insurance capacity and scope, collection of funds and its value-added issue, law and management, talents and education and so on. Construction of rural social insurance system can be completed by learning the experience from at home and abroad.
