WTO本质上是一种政府间组织。中国加入WTO ,受到最大冲击的是中国现行的行政管理模式。本文探讨了中国加入WTO一周年后 ,政府在履行WTO职能方面存在的问题 。
The paper outlines China's rights and responsibilities as a member of WTO, points out the gap between China's current administration service and WTO membership responsibilities. The paper ends with measurements of administration model transition from control to service and innovation of administrative culture to narrow the gap.
