摘要
改革开放以来,我国的收入分配体制的调整较好地发挥了分配机制的激励作用,促进了社会生产力的发展。甘肃经济发展相对落后,居民收入水平普遍较低且分布不均,利用分配制度促进生产力发展的作用受到限制。因此,打破行业垄断,加快非公有制经济和高新技术产业发展,建立健全正常的工资增长机制,提高低收入群体的收入是加快甘肃经济发展的有效途径。
In this paper, we describe the main characters of distribution of disposable income of urban residents of Gansu province. Comparing with the distribution of other province, we get some primary reasons of irregularity of distribution of disposable income in Gansu province. In the last part, we advise to improve the distribution of disposable income of Gansu province through reforming some aspects of economy and society.
