摘要
改革开放以来,重庆市固定资产投资在稳步增长的同时有效拉动了国民经济的增长,但从整体趋势来看,固定资产交付使用率和投资效果系数有所下降。
Recently, industry investment of Chongqing has achieved great success. It is believed that investment structure has been increasingly reasonable, and the subject of investment has come to vary. But there are still some problems, for example, social effective demand is evidently not enough, and incremental speed of investment is declining. So it is necessary for government of Chongqing to enhance the macrocosmic construction as follows: put more investment; make a good use of foreign investment ; enhance economic and technical cooperation between Chongqing and the world, and increase the whole investment benefit.
