摘要
分析2002年西部对外经济的发展水平及其与全国水平的差距,发现西部12省区市对国家在西部对外经济发展方面的许多优惠政策,尤其是西部引进外资方面的各种优惠政策未能充分运用。因此,西部12省区市应在西部发展对外经济的战略思路上多做文章。
This paper reviews and analyzes foreign econctnic development level of the west in 2002 and discusses the gap between the west and the national level by using the data from foreign trade and importing foreign capital of the west twelve provinces and municipality. By reviewing the national favorable policies for the west economic development, especially the policies about attracting capital, this paper also discusses development strategy for foreign economy.
