目前重庆并不具备全面大力发展高新技术产业的比较优势,重庆应对高新技术产业的发展进行“冷处理”,根据自己的资源禀赋特点,按照比较优势理论选择发展战略,即大力发展劳动密集型的中小企业,致力于改造传统产业,同时在高新技术产业的局部领域占领制高点。
Chongqing does not have the comparative advantage to develop high- technology presently.
