我国房地产市场政府与中介组织的关系长期模糊不清。建立政府与房地产中介组织的良性关系,有必要从两个方面来做:一是理顺在房地产市场中的政府与中介组织的关系;二是理顺在房地产中介市场中的政府与中介组织的关系。
The relationship between government and real estate intermediary organizations in China is vague for a long time.
