摘要
文章从国际资本流动的角度详细地分析论证了东亚金融危机发生的原因。作者认为 ,东亚金融危机主要是由于经济增长中的“高速病”和不适当的国际资本流动等方面原因造成的。它留给我们的启示是 :必须采取稳健和谐的经济发展战略 ,及时地纠正宏观经济失衡现象 ,健全和完善融资制度 ,选择灵活的汇率制度 ,审慎地对待金融国际化和金融自由化 ,全面地防范债务风险。
The article analyses in detail from the angle of international capital circulation the reason of financial crisis of East Asia. The author thinks that the financial crisis of east Asia is caused by some reasons, such as' high speed disease' and the improper international capital circulation in the course of economic growth, etc. Its enlightenment to us is: Must adopt the sane and harmonious economic development strategy, correct the out-of-balance phenomenon of macro-economy in time, perfect the financing system, choose flexible exchange rate system, treat financial internationalization and financial liberalizations scrupulously, take overall precautions against the risk of debts.
