元代是中国历史上民族大融合时期,生活在多元文化社会背景下的穆斯林如何调适与社会、国君之间的关系,这是其生存、发展的首要问题。本文以伊斯兰教法为切入点,探讨蒙元时期穆斯林与主流社会的良性互动和伊斯兰教法与国法(国君)之间错综复杂的关系。

The Yuan Dynasty is a period in Chinese history, in which different nationalities were fused together in harmony.The crucial concern with the wruival and development of Muslims living in the multi-cultural social context is how to adjust their relationship with the society and Kings. Starting from the point of Islamic law,the author tries to explore the good interreaction between the Muslims and the dominant society and the complicated relationship between Islamic law and the King's rulling.
