摘要
我国保税区的产生是与20世纪80年代末期当时特定的历史条件有密切关系。保税区是我国外贸出口的重要增长点。随着我国入世承诺的兑现,保税区面临着很多问题,需要对我国的保税区管理进行改革。
The bonded areas have acted an important role in China's export competition ever since they were established in the 1980's. With China's entry into WTO,the bonded areas are faced with many problems.The paper is about the development of the bonded areas as well as the consequent problems. The author holds that there's a need to improve government's management of the bonded areas.
