摘要
本研究采用因素分析法研究了广东高校教师的生活压力。结果表明 ,高校教师的生活压力来自家庭生活、发展提高、人际关系、工作性质、工作冲突以及兴趣和满意感等
Used the method of factor analysis,the life stressors of university teachers was probed into by this study.The results showed that the life stressors faced by university teachers came from 6 fields:(1)family life;(2)development and improvement;(3)interpersonal relation;(4)nature of work;(5)conflicts in work;(6)interest and satisfaction.
