摘要
对 Φ3 8 mm× 3 mm,长 1 60 0 mm的开启式碳钢 -水重力热管进行了传热性能的实验研究。实验为 0 .0 2~ 0 .8MPa,2 .5~ 9.6k W。对负压下开启式重力热管的传热性能首次进行了研究 ,发现负压与正压的传热规律相似 ,但传热性能较正压差。实验结果表明 ,开启式热管具有较好的传热特性 ,性能稳定 ,可作为高温烟气余热锅炉的传热部件。根据实验数据回归了开启式重力热管沸腾换热系数实验关联式 ,可用于工程实际。
This paper presented the experimental research on heat transfer property of an open-type watered carbon-steel gravity thermal pipe, which had a length of 1 600 mm, a diameter of 38 mm and thickness of 3 mm. In the experiment, the range of the test pressure is 0.1~0.8 MPa, the range of thermal load is 2.5~9.6 kW. This experiment held the first research on the heat transfer property of the open-type gravity thermal pipe under negative pressure, and concluded that the heat transfer property of negative pressure and positive pressure are similar, but the coefficient of heat transfer of negative pressure was lower. The research result indicates that this kind of thermal pipe has fine heat transfer property, steady performance, and can be used as the heat transfer components of boiler, which recovers heat from high temperature flue-gas. The correlation of heat transfer coefficient was obtained based on the experimental results and the correlation can be put into practical use.
