颈眩宁治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

Clinical Trial of Jingxuanning Instant Granules for the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的 观察我院自制剂颈眩宁冲剂治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效和作用机理。方法 随机对照的方法设治疗组 10 0例 ,对照组 30例 (西比灵组 ) ,1个疗程后检测经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)并对主要症状评价 ,统计学分析。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组与对照组经颅多普勒超声治疗前后变化比较及颈内动脉与椎动脉血流速度变化比较表明 ,治疗组与对照组差异显著 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 颈眩宁冲剂有扩张血管 ,改善脑部血液循环 ,增加脑血流量 ,解除颈部肌肉痉挛 。

Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of Jingxuanning Instant Granules (JIGs) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 130 Cases were randomly divided into the treating group (100 cases ) and the flunarizine group (30 cases). The transcranial color doppler (TCD) was used to detect the blood flow rate after one course of the treatment, and the main symptoms were evaluated. The results of the experiment were statistically analyzed. Results There was a significant difference between the total effective effects in the treating group and flunarizine group (P<0.05). TCD procedure showed that there was also a significant difference between the blood flow rates of the internal carotid artery and vertebral artery (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion JIGs can exert the effects of expanding blood vessels, improving cerebral blood circulation, relieving cervical muscular spasm, so as to improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
