电针对术中血糖的影响

The Influence of Eletro-acupuncture over the Blood Sugar during Operation

目的 观察电针对手术患者血糖的影响。方法 随机选择 40例施行胆道手术的患者 ,分为单纯硬膜外组 ( 组 )和电针复合硬膜外组 ( 组 )。在麻醉前、麻醉后、术中强烈刺激及术毕测定血糖 ,并同时记录心率、血压。结果 术中强烈刺激时 , 组血糖上升较平缓 ,与麻醉后无明显差异 ( P >0 .0 5 ) , 组与麻醉后有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺对应激引起的血糖升高无明显抑制作用 ,但是在强烈刺激的情况下 。

Objective To observe the influence of electro acupuncture over the blood sugar of patients during operation Methods 40 cases who underwent biliary tract operation were randomly selected and divided into simple epidural anesthesia group (Group I) and electro acupuncture combined epidural anesthesia group (Group Ⅱ). The blood sugar levels were determined before and after anesthesia, and when there's strong stimulation during the operation, as well as after operation; meanwhile, the heart rate and blood pressure were recorded. Results When there's strong stimulation during the operation, the blood sugar in group Ⅱ increased mildly and had no significantly difference from the level after anesthesia ( P >0.05 ), while there's significant difference in group Ⅰ ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Acupuncture had no obvious inhibitory effect on stress induced increase of blood sugar, but under the condition of strong stimulation, it tended to slow down the elevation the blood sugar.
