摘要
采用石蜡切片法就胚胎学对偏型1BL/1RS小麦雄性不育系诱导单性孤雌生殖的机理进行了研究.结果表明: 1 从受精过程中的一些异常现象,如未受精极核贴近反足细胞、珠被附近有助细胞团等,初步显示助细胞是偏型1BL/1RS小麦雄性不育系单性孤雌生殖的胚细胞来源; 2 延迟授粉前大部分胚囊表现正常,延迟授粉不能诱发偏型1BL/1RS小麦雄性不育系的卵细胞单性生殖.
The embryological mechanism of parthenogenesis induced by the 1BL/1RS male sterile line with Ae.ventricosa cytoplasm in wheat is studied in this paper.The results are as follows:(1) The parthenogenesis performance of the 1BL/1RS male sterile line with Ae.ventricosa cytoplasm is derived from a synergid based on the abnormal phenomena during the process of fertilization,such as the unfertilized polar nuclei closed to the antipodal cells and synergid group near to integument.(2) Before the pollinationdelayed a lots of embryo sacmother cells are normal,and the egg cell parthenogenesis of the 1BL/1RS malesterile line with Ae.ventricosa cytoplasm could not be induced by delaying pollination.
