摘要
目的 :初步观察槲皮素对人胃腺癌SGC790 1细胞增殖的影响。方法 :噻唑蓝 (MTT)比色法检测胃癌细胞的增殖。结果 :不同浓度的槲皮素对胃癌细胞增殖有抑制作用 ,且呈明显的时效关系和量效关系。结论 :体外实验显示槲皮素具有一定细胞毒作用 ,对SGC790 1细胞增殖具有一定抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of quercetin on the growth of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901. Method: Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Result: Quecetin could inhibit the growth of SGC7901 cell line with the relations of time-effect and dosage-effect. Conclusion: Quercetin could inhibit the growth of SGC7901.
