从天地生综合因素考察青藏高原生态环境与社会发展前景

The Ecological Environment and Prospects for the Social Development in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from the Investigation of Comprehensive Factors as to the Timeliness,Geography and ecology

人类社会发展表明 ,天时地理决定着生态环境 ,生态环境决定着人类社会 ,三者共同构成相互联系的综合系统。近年来 ,青藏高原草地荒漠化和沙漠化加剧 ,冰川湖泊退缩 ,河流量减少甚至断流 ,从而对当地生态环境与社会经济造成不利影响。因此 ,应该将保护和建设生态环境作为高原可持续发展的前提和基础。

The development of human society indicates that the timeliness and geography determines the ecological environment,while the ecological environment determines the human society.The comprehensive system of mutual relation is commonly composed of the timelygeography,ecological environment and the human society.In recent years,grassland wilderness and desertization are sharpening,lakes and glacier are shrinking,the volume of river flow not only is reducing but went so far as to be cut off,the above mentioned causes unfavourable influence on local ecologucal environmet and society.So,we should protect and construct ecological environment as the prerequisites and basis of sustained development in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
