摘要
我国古代法家的一切从法而断、依法办事的法治思想和儒家的德主刑辅、注重教化的德治主张 ,对我国实行依法治国和以德治国相结合的方略有一定的借鉴作用。
Today,carrying out the combination between the administrstion country by law and administration country by virtue should use thoughts of ruling by law and stands of regarding virtue as superior to punishment and ruling by virtue of laying stress on enlightening by education in ancient times of China.
