摘要
目的 :建立广州地区正常孕妇血浆纤维蛋白原水平及纤维蛋白单体聚合功能的正常参考值。方法 :用蕲蛇酶 (Acutulase)水解纤维蛋白 ,用计算机自动检测系统测定。结果 :(1 )纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率 (FMPV) :中孕组 0 .6 6 5± 0 .1 2 4 ,晚孕组 0 .71 0± 0 .1 5 9,产后组 1 .1 2 2± 0 .32 3,随孕周增加呈增高趋势 ,孕期与产后组比较差异有极显著性P <0 .0 0 1 ;(2 )最大吸光度 (Amax) :中孕组 0 .341± 0 .0 71 ,晚孕组 0 .36 7± 0 .0 84 ,产后组 0 .4 99± 0 .1 0 0 ,随孕周增加呈增高趋势 ,孕期与产后组比较差异有极显著性P <0 .0 0 1 ;(3)纤维蛋白原浓度 (S) :中孕组 36 7.8± 96 2 ,晚孕组 4 2 0± 1 1 9.6 ,产后组 835 .0± 4 92 .7,随孕周增加呈增高趋势 ,孕期与产后组比较差异有极显著性P <0 0 0 1 ;(4 )反应延滞时间 (DT) :中孕组 1 0 .5± 1 0 .3,晚孕组 1 5 .3± 1 2 .3,产后组 5 5 .6± 32 .7,随孕周增加呈增高趋势 ,孕期与产后组比较差异有极显著性P <0 .0 1 ;(5 )功能指标 (FMPV/Amax) :中孕组 1 .86 5 ,晚孕组 1 .977,产后组 2 1 6 7,随孕周增加呈增高趋势 ,孕期与产后组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :计算机自动检测系统操作简便、快捷 ,测出的纤维蛋白原浓度 ,
Objective: To detect the plasma fibrinogen monomer polymerization function and level in Guangzhou pregnant women in order to establish a standard reference range. Method: The fibrinogen was hydrolyzed with acutulase and detected by automatic computer assay system. Result: In every index we have three groups of numerical values,each of them came from normal women in the second trimester pregnancy,the third trimester pregnancy and postpartum women. (1) Fibrinogen monomer polymerization velocity (FMPA): 0.665±0.124; 0.710±0.159; 1.122±0.323. (2)Maximum absorbance (Amax): 0.341±0.071; 0.367±0.084;0.499±0.100. (3) Plasma concentration of fibrinogen (S): 367.8±96.2; 420±119.6; 835.0±492.7. (4)Reaction delay time (DT): 10.5±10.3;15.3±12.3; 55.6±32.7. (5)Function index (FMPV/Amax): 1.865; 1.997; 2.167. In each index,the value from postpartum were higher than that from gestational period,and the value from the third trimester pregnancy was higher when compared with that from the second trimester pregnancy. Conclusion: The operation of computer automatic system was fast and convenient .The concentration of plasma fibrinogen determined by the system in third trimester pregnancy had a tendency of increase when compared with that in second trimester pregnancy. In gestational period the concentration was higher than that in normal non-gestational women,and it was lower than that in four days after parturition. The study showed that the human body is in a status of hypercoagulation during pregnancy,which will be helpful for postpartum hemorrhage.
