摘要
服务型政府建设是我国从"经济建设型政府"向"公共服务型政府"发展的客观需要。服务型政府建设要以"三个代表"重要思想和"十六大"全面建设小康社会精神为指导,切实转变政府职能,改变政府工作作风,加大政府对社会的服务力度。建设服务型政府必须强化政府的公共服务职能,建立公共型财政体制和公开、透明的行政体制,必须切实有效地进行依法行政。
Service-type government construction is the objective requirement for China to develop from 'economic construction-type government' to 'public service-type government'. Service-type government is guided by 'Three Represents' and the spirit of construction of well-off all-round of the 16th Party Conference, changes government duty and work method and reinforces the service of government and society. Construction of service-type government must consolidate public service duty of government, set up public financial system and open and transparent financial system and use laws to be in charge of administration affairs.
