摘要
互联网络的建设与发展,为世界文化的传播提供了便利条件,同时也造成某些负面、消极的影响,如何构建青年人的网络素质,进行网络精神文明建设是本文研究的重点。
Construction and development of internet provide convenient condition for dissemination of world culture and have some negative and passive effect on young people. This paper focuses on how to construct network quality of young people and how to construct network civilization.
