关于教育发展与教育法制的思考

Consideration on Development of Education Reform and Education Legal System

随着社会经济的持续快速发展,我国教育领域面临着严峻的挑战与机遇,从深层次上教育发展需要法律保障,教育改革和创新引起的社会关系变化需要法律调整,实现教育管理现代化必须依靠法制,单靠行政手段已远远不能适应.了。加快建立适应我市教育发展的法律制度,做好法律实施工作,依法保障和促进教育改革与发展,提高以各级领导干部和教师、青少年为重点的全社会教育法律意识,是当务之急。

Wiht a sustained rapid development of social economy, the educationalfield in China is facing tremendous challenges and opportunities. From the profound level, a legal system is needed to ensure the development of educational, as well as to adjust the social relation change caused by the educational reform and innovation. Meanwhile, a legal system must be relied upon in order to realize the modernization of education management, since it has been far from adaptation only by means of administraion. Therefore, the top priority is to accelerate the construction of a legal system suitable to the educational development of our city, do well in implementing the legal system to ensure and promote educational reform and development. It is also of importance to put emphasis on enhancing the educational legal awareness of the whole society with all levels of leaders and cadres, teachers and juveniles.
