A Study of the Labor of Entrepreneurs in China

随着改革的发展,近些年来企业家阶层的收入在逐步提高,但是相对于企业家付出的高度复杂化的劳动来说,仍然存在着较大的差距。为此,我们要进一步转变观念和解放思想,营造企业家生成的良好社会氛围,促进企业家职业化和市场化的进程,并继续探索和完善企业家的激励与约束机制。

Although the income of entrepreneurs in China is increasing than ever with the deepening of economic reform, there is a big gap between the income and labor of entrepreneur stratum. Therefore, we should further change our mind, improving the process of entrepreneur's professionalism, and continuously exploring the ways of encouraging and restraining to entrepreneur stratum.
