摘要 中国加入世界贸易组织后,山东农业融入世界的进程加快,如何适应这一外部新形势,尽快实现山东由农业大省向农业强省转变,是摆在理论与实际工作者面前的重大课题。面对新形势,全省各地普遍把农业和农村经济结构调整作为解决农业发展面临的新情况、新问题的重要举措。本文就山东农业产业结构开放型调整问题,围绕着农业产业结构开放型调整的实践情况、理论情况作了回顾与分析。在此基础上,阐述了作者对山东农业产业结构开放型调整的战略内容、外向型调整应注意的问题所作的研究成果。 After China becoming a full member of the World Trade Organization, the course of Shandong' s agriculture being in harmony with economy of world is quickening. The great tasks of Shandong' s agriculture that how to be seasoned with exterior situation,and to carry out transformation from quantitative agriculture to competitive agriculture are becoming important.Being up against the new competition, the whole province takes adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure as the important act. The article, reviewed the opening practice and analyzed the opening theory. On the base of them, the author expatiated on research findings on opening adjustment stratagy and the attentive problem during the opening.
