摘要
加强农村行政执法,最关键的要有比较完善的农村法律体系和比较健全的农业执法队伍,实现农村依法行政。本文主要对加强农村行政执法的特征,农村行政执法主要存在的问题,促进农村依法行政的对策作一探讨,以便促进农村依法行政。
Ruling by law is an important policy in new period which should be carried out in rural economy.The rural administration by law has been attracting the attention of reseachers,in which a complete rural law system and executive staff are indispensible.This thesis probes into how to strengthen the execution of rural administration of law in order to realize the ruling by law in rural administration.
