略论社会主义政治文明

On socialist political civilization tentatively

就什么是社会主义政治文明、社会主义政治文明的基本特征是什么、社会主义政治文明包括哪些内容、“三个文明”之间是什么关系等问题作了论述 ,并指出“三个文明”协调发展对于党在新时期执政兴国、对于建设有中国特色的社会主义有着极为重大的意义。

As is pointed out in the report delivered by General secretary Jiang Zemin at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in order to attain the objective to build All-round Well-off society,we should develop Socialist Democratic Politics and construct socialist political civilization,especially,we should uninterruptedly facilitate the coordinative development of material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization.This theses expounds the issues of the definition,the basic characterisic,the content of socialist political civilization and the relationships among the 'three civilizations' and points out that it is significant that the 'three civilizations' coordinatively develop for the Party's governing and rejuvenating the counny at the new stage and the constrution of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
