摘要
从中国法治的现状出发 ,分析了目前中国法治存在理论基础缺乏、价值目标错位等不足之处 ,并提出了中国法治建设的目标 ,即理性的法治 ,深层次的法治 ,本土化的法治。
The article begins with Chinese current situation governed by law and analyzes the problems at present,such as the scarcity of the theoretical foundation,the misplacing of the value goal.It also shows the goal of Chinese construction governed by law,including the ruling of law of reason,the profound rule of law and the rule of law of localization.
