新形势下的行政垄断与反垄断法

Administrative monopoly and anti-monopoly law in the new times

在我国向社会主义市场经济转变过程中 ,行政垄断一直都是经济发展的阻碍。随着中国加入WTO ,这种阻碍越来越明显。因此 ,反行政垄断的重要性日益凸显。而在当前 ,我国的相关法律还不能有效地规制行政垄断 ,在此情况下 ,制定反垄断法显得尤为重要。

In the course of development of the socialist market economy,administrative monopoly is always the obstracle to Chinese economy,which is more clear with the entry into WTO.In this sense,anti-monopoly becomes more important.However,at present,Chinese laws can not control administrative monopoly effectively.So,it is very necessary to make the anti-monopoly law of China.
