根据大学生生理、心理特点 ,对形体美的培养与训练进行了研究 ,结果表明把形体美的培养与训练渗透到体育教学中 ,使形体练习与教学训练和谐统一 ,对于完善体形、端正姿态、培养风度、活跃课堂气氛有重要作用。

This text has studied the cultivation and training of pretty figure according to the college student's physiology of foundation and psychological haracteristics. The result indicates that permeating the cultivation and training of pretty figure through sports teaching could make physique exercise and training unified harmoniously, and there is important function in perfecting bodily form, correcting the posture, training the poise, enlivening the atmosphere of the classroom.
