摘要
分析了离心式高压水泵机组的启动和停机过程的主要特点;针对水泵机组振动信号分析中短时傅立叶变换的时间分辨率和频率分辨率的设定、窗函数的选取进行了研究。以短时傅立叶变换方法为基础分析高压水泵振动信号,在水泵机组振动信号分析中克服了单纯采用快速傅立叶变换进行分析的不足。
Analyzed main characteristic of high-Pressurewater pump in the period of start-up and stop. Study thesetting of time and frequency discrimination of ShortTerm Fourier Transform and the selection of windowfunction. Apply Short Term Fourier Transform onvibrational signal analysis of high-pressure Water pump,conquered the lacking of only the Fourier Transformanalysis method.
