摘要
提出一种利用实测曲轴扭振信号单谐次分量的相位特性诊断内燃机故障缸的新方法。该方法能不依靠先验知识而准确判断出故障缸号。论文以6135ZG柴油机为对象进行了仿真计算和实验研究,验证了该方法的可行性。
A new approach using phase of crankshaftharmonic torsional vibration to diagnose the individualcylinder misfires is developed. The misfire cylinder canbe detected accurately by the approach without anyexperience.
