浅谈我公司盐硝联产消耗偏高原因及对策

Preliminary Discussion on the Trouble Shooting of Relatively High Consumption in the Co-Production of Salt and Glauber Salt in Our Company

从实际生产出发,分析认为Ⅳ效“锅巴”增多、Ⅳ效经常跑卤、加热室结垢、排放母液、闪发器堵管等是公司盐硝联产投产以来各项消耗一直偏高的主要原因,并提出解决的措施。

From the practical point of view,the author takes the scale increase and frequent brine loss in EffectⅣ,scaling in heating element,discharging of mother liquor and tube plugging in the flasher etc.as the main reasons causing comparatively high consumption since the co-production of salt and glauber salt was put into operation.
