摘要
智能断路器的人工检测是一项困难、低效的工作,而且检测的数据量少,连续检 测的时间也达不到72小时。基于虚拟仪器技术的在线测试系统模拟智能断路器的实际运行工 况和安装环境,对几百台设备同时进行动态、连续的检测。系统实时性强,检测数据量大、 可靠性高,系统在完成产品检测的同时还为提高产品质量、研制新产品提供了大量的在线数 据。文章对其系统构造及软件设计作了论述。
The artificial detection of intelligent breaker is a work of difficu lty and low efficiency. It couldn't run seventy-two hours successively. The numb er of data obtained is too small. The intelligent breakers online testing system based on virtual instruments technology simulates the intelligent breakers envi ronment of running and fixing, the system detects hundreds of intelligent breake rs successively at the same time. The system could obtain lots of data and has h igh reliability. While the system completes the product testing, it provides a l ot of on-line data for increasing product quality and developing new product. Th e paper presents the system's diagram and software design.
