在群决策支持理论的基础上,根据军队指挥体系的特点,突出了权力因素对作战决策的影响,提出了基于权力因素的军队指挥自动化系统群决策支持模式:无权力裁决模式、有权力互补裁决模式、有权力冲突裁决模式和综合模式.并针对每种模式的结构和关键技术进行了论述,对指挥自动化群决策支持系统提供了理论指导.

On the basis of the GDSS theory and the characteristic of a command and control system, this paper presents the power factor based GDSS models of a command and control system, including the verdict model without power, the complementary verdict model with power, the conflict verdict model with power and the mixed model. Furthermore, frames and key technologies of each model have been discussed, which provide a theoretical guidance for the command and control GDSS.
