摘要
基于矩量法技术对微波二极管检波器的检波特性进行了分析.通过计算机仿真,研究了高频波纹及工作频率对微波二极管检波特性的影响.并将这一分析方法拓展到对倍压整流检波电路的分析,该方法已应用于设计微波电子标签的检波电路.在同等接收功率的条件下,倍压整流检波电路得到了更高的输出电压,提高了微波射频识别系统的灵敏度,取得了良好的预期效果.
Based upon the method of moments, the detection behavior of a microwave diode detector is analyzed. By means of computer simulations, the influence of frequency and highfrequency echo on the detector behavior is studied. In addition, the doubler detector is also described by applying the above method. The voltage doubler provides a higher output voltage than the single diode at a given power level. The voltage doubler is already applied to the system of Radio Frequency Identification and a good performance has been achieved.
