摘要
针对辽东湾北部海域水浅、潮差大等海洋环境特点,采用D钢、DH钢和API5LX 52钢在现场进行了时间分别为1a、2a的长尺挂片实验,得到了该浅水海域全浸区海水腐蚀特别严重的结论(上述三种钢材腐蚀速率分别为0.7068、0.4735和0.5491mm/a),为在辽东湾北部及具有相似特征的海域建设海工结构物或钻井平台等的防腐工作提供了参考依据。
Based on the environmental characteristic of shallow water and tidal level in the north of Liaodong bay, the experimented on the corrosion rate in sea water was carried out with the D steel, DH steel and API5LX-52 steel in the field for one and two (years). It was found out that the steel samples under water were corroded badly. The corrosion rate of the D, DH, API5LX-52 (samples) under water were 07068mm/a,04735mm/a and 0.5491mm/a respectively. The conclusion will be helpful for the marine structure in the sea area (with) the parallel characteristics.
