摘要
基于四苯硼钠与钾作用产生浊度,探讨并优化了流动注射分析条件,从而建立了测定人体血清中钾的新方法.本法简便、快速,每小时进样60次,线性范围为1.0 x 10-4~10.0×10-4mmol·mL-1,所测血样的相对标准偏差为2.63%.
Based on its precipitation with sodium tetraphenyl-boron (TPB), a flow-injection-turbidimetry method for the quantitative determination of potassium in serum is related. The optimum conditions of the determination were studied. Calibration graphs of absorbance versus concentration are linear from 1.0×10-4 to 1.0× 10-3 mmolf44ml-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The average sampling rate is about 60 samples per hour. The relative standard deviation of this method was 2.63%. This method is both simplicity and rapidity.
