摘要
研究了苯胺溶液等离子体降解中间产物的HPLC分析,在254nm下检测到了邻苯二酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯醌等中间产物;通过分离条件的优化选择,实验结果表明使用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和减小pH值可缩短样品的保留时间,实验中选择流动相中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的浓度为4%,pH=6.0。
The intermediates such as pdihydroxybenzene,odihydroxybenzene,mdihydroxybenzene and benzoquinone were detected with HPLC in the degradation process of aniline by plasma in 254 nm. The experimental results showed that retention time was shorten with the increase of N,Ndimethylformamide concentration and decreased pH,the optimum concentration of N,Ndimethylformamide was 4% and the optimum pH was 6.0 in mobile phase.
